Want to do B.Ed. (ODL Mode)

Sir,
I am a primary teacher joining july 2010 want to do B.Ed (odl mode)
It is also informed that currently i am persuing D.El.Ed in ODL mode.
So can i do B.Ed (odl mode) under this condition and also should i take permission from S.I. of Schools or chairman?As you are a primary teacher, you can not get chance to do B.Ed (ODL Mode). Because the selection is fully made by the D.I. of Schools'( Secondary Education).
