As far as my knowledge, an HOO/DDO has no authority to approve a Sanction Order upon his own medical expenses reimbursement claim. Hence, the HOO’s claim will be get approve by his immediate authority. But I forgot where this guidelines was published. Please provide me the G.O., Memos issued by dept of finance relevant to this.
