To anyone concerned, well, my mother had been a state government employee in a hospital. She receives Rs. 300 less in her pension which State Bank of India (the bank from which she draws pension) has said is due to the medical allowance which is deducted by default from her pension since she has not submitted [WBHS 8 Order] which would exclude her from the WBHS scheme and allocate Rs. 300 into her pension amount. However, if as they say, she is under the pension scheme, she has not enrolled in any way and has no form what so ever as proof of her enrollment. If she likes to quit, what would she have to do? What is the so called WBHS 8 order. Please help.
