I have already enrolled in West Bengal Health Scheme from 2008. My father is also a West Bengal Retired Government Employee. Now I want to know how I can include my father and mother’s name in the WBHS with my enrollment. Which means that I can draw the befits of WBHS, 2008 for my parents from my service,

Since your father is a pensioner, you cant include your parents as beneficiary. Your father should enroll himself to the scheme including your mother as beneficiary before 31.03.2013. This is the last opportunity has been given by the Govt . Click the link below for the latest extention order. https://wbxpress.com/extension-of-enrolm … 1-03-2013/

If any one have to reimburse the medical bills of a new born baby after the delivery then what he will write in the Form D2, in the Disease section. I also want to know that what are the code no. of that treatments and under which heads this will come like pathological investigations, bedside procedure etc. If the code no of the treatments done for the new born baby after birth are not mentioned in the WBHS then in any case if one writes “on actual basis” against those code no. are these sufficient for the reimbursement of these bills.

But I have heard that those pensioner whose basic is below 3500/- (previously this was 1500/-) then they can include themselves in the WBHS with their son in condition with that they will deduct the Rs. 300/- under MA. I will give you the GO No. as soon as possible.
