(i) What is the tenure/term of Board Members of the Apartment Owners Society?04.09.2013 at 11:22 am #62244Anonymous
InactiveAre the Board of Managers empowered to collect monthly charges other than common area maintenance. Say the apartments is not having car parking slots, the developers had advertise for vehicle parking facilities like “Ample parking places are available” as such owners car are being parked on approach road side which is not creating hindrances to vehicular traffic or the apartments owners approaches.
kindly suggest.05.09.2013 at 11:27 pm #62245Anonymous
