Sir, I want to know that our complex has 90 flat,few of them 3 bed room(1150qft),few of them 2bed room(800qft) and few of them duplex room(700qft) is all are liable to pay same maintenance?or common area maintenance according to qft they occupy ?please let me know what is wb housing act rules in 1972.

I have own a flat about 8 years past.Now our ceilling is drenching throug water and damaging badly.My query is that what will be the solution to save the damage.
Note: neighbour reside top of our flat.what actions the apartment owners association can take againt an owner if he or is defaulter in paying maintenence .can it bar the owner to move his own belongings from the apartment? what else can they exercise
A registered Apartment association( WB Apartment Act’1972)failed to conduct election twice after the last AGM held on 12/8/2018 and special AGM on 26/8/2018 due to non-obtaining any nomination to form new MC. What is the responsibility of the outgoing MC and President,Secretary & Treasurer? Please enlighten on the issue.
