    i need to know the various fine rates of motor vehicles specially two wheelers according to motor vehicles act. also what are the procedures to avoid fines if imposed ?

    Do you know that if you don’t put number plate and don’t carry any documents including licence then no traffic law applies on you.

    In that case, the police will seize the vehicle without any seizer-list and arrest you. Be sure that you will be charged and prosecuted under
    Penal Sections: 39, 66, 177, 180, 181, 182, 190(ii), 190(2), 192, 192(A), 196.
