Council can appoint an assistant teacher as TIC for the period of 6 months. In my school HT was transferred at July 2010 and since that time no HT is joined. I live 62 km away from school and i was forced to take the charge of TIC of the school.
A Teacher has changed his title before obtaining his job. All the school certificates&testimonials havea title that he is using in his service records.But apart from this there are another title in his EPIC,PAN-card,Ration card,with kids’ name etc.This kind of change of title has been made with support of Affidavit by the Notary Public ,Bankshal Court Kolkata,Bartaman Newspaper and Affidavit by the Judicial Magistrate.He got a certificate as a same Identical person from local S.D.O. related to his sub-caste also. Will there be any problem if he continue somewhere his new title the previous one. Your advice is highly appreciated.
An Asst Teacher, being Ex-Serviceman, in possession of Certificate as Equivalent to Graduate, Min of Pers. Min of Def has Recently approached to your department also vide No.0515/Gen/Emp-3 dt o2 Jul 2012. Please submit your decision on the letter in question.
does this conduct rule have validation in the context of kolkata municipal corporation primary schools. if yes i like to have in detail. if not, how and where do i get conduct rule for KMCP School out side of KMC as i did not get any copy of conduct rule at here. hope a soon response and guideline at my mail address
