    Sir – Request for a clarification on the following. I am an Assistant Teacher in Govt aided school. If have asked to appear before concerned Government authorized team to complete formalities for getting the Social Security Card formalities (thumb impression/retina scan etc). Since this is a mandatory requirement enforced by Government of India, I should be eligible to get ONDUTY and need not take Casual Leave.

    Your comment on the same shall be highly appreciated
