Please give me all the ropa rules before 1998
i have aquestion. i am an asstt. teacher in govt. aided school. apptd. in hons. scale i passed MA exam and permission to draw pg scale was granted. my last dt. of exam was 15.06 .1999. My month of increment was august. but when calculated, my salary in ma scale was less than my salary in hons. scale. my basic pay in 1.1.2006 in hons. scale was more than my basic pay in ma. scale. hence although my last dt. of exam. was in july 99. can i remain in hons. scale till the month of my increment and opt. for ma scale after that?
I am an Asst. Teacher in Hons. scale in a Govt. Aided school. I have Passed Distance M.A after my joining withOUt proper PermiSSion. But I didn’t. have p.G Scale in this case. Though High court allowed P.G Scale, D.I of schoOls did not allow. Is there any G.Os in this matter. PleaSe let me Know…

A clerk has joined on 15.05.2009. And his Revised basic 6240+2600= 8840/- on 15.05.2009. Now he get revised basic Rs.9970/ (including g.p.) upto 30.06.2014. On 01.07.2014 he would be promoted from Clerk to Accountant i.e. initial scale 7100-37600 (G.P.-3600) P.B.-3. What is fitment his salary?

I retired on 03.03.2014 with Pay Rs.20,820/- G.Pay 4600/- and Basic pay 25,420/-.in the pay Band PB-4. After retirement I received a promotional order in the higher pay of G.Pay 4700/- with effect from 03.03.2014. Kindly give a complete guide line for the Promotional fixation benefit very early in the mail Dd. Sincerely Yours . A.SenMy date of joining is 09/10/09 through SSC. Can I take increment in july , 2014 ?

Mr. A.sen retired on 31.03.2014, with basic pay Rs. 25,420/-including G.Pay Rs. 4600/-and started pension in due time. After starting Pension, received a Promotion Order in higher Grade Pay of Rs. 4700/- with effect from 03.03.2014. So requires a further fixation to send it to A.G. Please write at Id. the Actual Fixation In this case.
