I want to know about all funds sanctioned and received by a govt. aided school in our locality (jalpaiguri district, alipurduar sub division) in the last two financial year. So to whom should I send the application.

1. Role of SAPIO [State Assistant Public Information officer] regarding RTI
complaints/petitions where SPIO[State Public information Officer] exists.

2. Whether SAPIO [State Assistant Public Information officer] is assistant of
SPIO[State Public information Officer] and will be responsible for collecting
and compiling all information soughted by the petitioner within 5 days.

Please anyone provide me all the Challan Received and Payment Head details(Like-0070-60-800-005-12 for Birth Registration) in treasury. I work at Treasury and I want to enter the challan into the computer. So I need this for my better performance.
