its a much awaited order..since the demand was for a fair and clear procedure( as most of the teacher unions also demanded)..it seems now that it will be OK unless all the information will be provided to the applicants..no HIDE AND SEEK game, as we recently have seen WHAT HAPPENED in the COUNSELING for SSC ..or it should not be the instrument for petty politics…also DISTANCE, the major reason for the demand of gen transfer is completely neglected,even the provision for seniority of age rather than seniority of service is completely illogical and unethical. So, lets hope for good.
