what will happen to the ssc pass-outs who were serving hitherto as para teachers &has already gained an experience of almost 7years?will they get any benefit in return of their supreme sacrifice?Let the query be clarified.Hope for the best
Shri Arindam Das should further sacrifice (over & above the ‘supreme sacrifice’ made) his ‘brain’ for them who having lost that in last 7yrs badly need that recovered now.
DISTANCE should be the one & only one parameter for GENERAL TRANSFER.
2ndly working couples living greater than 150km should be allowed for general transfer if anyone of them completes 5yr &should be given topmost priority.

Everybody will seek very nearer to their home and better place even they are residing < 25 KM.
But Myself as woman residing 750 KM from my home town leaving my family and with 2 year child . In such case distance should be considered as 1st criteria. Where as 5 to 7 nos of most senior teacher though they are residing within 25 km from same school will get preference for their seniority for General Transfer application.
During this period if I am out of 25% candidate from the same school . I have to wait 3 years more.
Hence I should be more sufferer .
So DISTANCE and reasons for GT application should be considered as 1st criteria.
