I read in newspaper that WBCS, WBSS, WBES, WBA&AS etc officers will be selected as observers in coming Panchayat Election.
So I want to know what the WB Secretariat Service is and by which exam they are recruited. What is the criteria for that exam? There r WBCS officers working in Writers Building, then what kind of task is assigned to WBSS officers?
