I f a West Bengal Govt. employee left a will in favour her daughter stating all the death benefits as well as service on compensation ground to given to her daughter is it possible or there is any rules?

MY FATHER IS A WB GOVT PENSIONER. HE HAS AN ATM ON HIS PENSION A/C —————————–STATE BANK OF INDIA. PROBABLY THERE IS NO SUCH ORDER TO THE EFFECT YOU MENTIONED.
