Upto 31-03-2013 domestic LPG customers could get only 3 subsidised cylinder but after that can get any number of cylinder but at non-subsidized rate. That rate used to declare by the gas company for each month at the beginning of the month. From next financial year the number of subsidized cylinder fixed as 6. After exhausting the stipulated numbers of subsidized cylinders any one can get any number of non-subsidized cylinder.
The number of subsidized cylinder might be increased to 9 from next financial year and it will be declared by central government very soon.
