If the H.M. of a school take C.L. or he/she is out of school due to an office duty, then who will take the decision if any emergency case arise, where there is no A.H.M? Also who will responsible for the daily work of the school? Is there any G.O.?

When the H.M is absent from school for his school purpose or takes leave then A.H.M is responded to run the school. But where there is no A.H.M., then the staff council,H.M. and M.C will select to a senior most teacher to act /to take decision when an emergency case arises. It may be rotation- wise for a year or so on ,where there is more then one senior most teachers.
    Thanks a lot.

Not at all. If there is an Asstt. Headmaster, he will be the Secretary of the Academic Council.
    Thank you.

The SCHOOL shall select a senior-most respected teacher from the Staff Council (1)beginning of the first academic year,or (2) In the time of constituted the Staff Council with may consulted with the M.C. or not.
This respected, experienced teacher may be or not may be the Secretary of the Staff Council.
He has no same power along with the H.M.. He will execute to smooth sailing and run the school only when H.M. will be absent. He may take decisions with the consult the H.M. by phone etc.
    Thank you.
