It has been brought to my notice that if a teacher having served in more than one school applies for General Transfer, he won’t be provided the marks for the full length of his service experience. But as far as the NOC (by the HM) goes he has to procure the same with this statement that the concerned teacher fulfils the criteria being within the limit of numbers of senior teachers as per SERVICE EXPERICNCE and has served more than five years in the present school. Why there exists such incongruity and inconsistency!
