My joining date is 20.03.2006. I took 16 days without pay in Nov, 2006 due to medical illness. Now how I adjust those days with my stored M.L. and get my money back?
You shall not get the salary for the said months of the year 2006. At present, you may have Medical Leave in your account but that is not applicable for the old years of your service.
