i am an a.t of a high school (joining date-6/8/2010), in 2011 i have taken 28 sick leave, unfortunately i have to take now without pay leave for the treatment of my father, plz tell me how many days i can take that leave without breaking my service (break service). plz reply soon.

Due to unavoidable circumstances Teachers may compel to take Extra ordinary Leave (E.O.L.) Without pay. If leave sanctioning authority grant this leave( generally approve it) ,at that time no question arise break of service. Even as per G.O. No.2728-F dt. 7.4.09 & also G.O.No. 181 SE (BI dt. 8.10.09. if the leave is less then 30 days, increment ( Both periodical or C.A.S.) will be allow in due time without any hampering due to E.O.L. Please be cool, it’s not a great problem near you. Read thoroughly G.O. No. 181 SE dated 08.09.10. It is available here. My friend Somnath has posted it. Thanks.
