I have completed 30 years of service and my 365 ML is nearly exhausted. But my age being 53 I have 7 yrs of service remaining. What will happen if I take without pay ML. Will it result in break of service? How many without pay leave will be allowed? What is the present procedure of deduction of pay?
After you may enjoy half pay leave or commuted leave for 30 days only. If there is no leave credited in your account, your leave will be treat as extra ordinary leave ( with out pay).
If your EOL approved (more then one months) by the S/A, then there will be no break of service.
