I joined as an assistant teacher on 20/09/2008. In the 1st year of my service I took leave without pay for 5 months and 10 days. Now on 20/09/2013 will my service period be 5 years? Or will the service period be calculated by deducting the duration of without pay leave from the total service period?
You have not informed about your EOL, in which purpose you took EOL. Was it sanctioned by your M.C.? If it was sanctioned by your M.C ,then,-
At the time of non- functional increment benefit of 10 years, you will get notional increment on 20/09/2018 but financial benefit from 1st March,2019.
