I am a primary teacher . How can i get without pay leave for bed in regular mode course?Is it possible to take leave after selection in bed admission?Is it required to take any permission from authority for submission of bed form in university ?

You are a primary teacher. Have you got chance in a B.Ed Collage as a fresher candidate ? Is it recognized by NCTE? Are you HONS/PG ? Give details.
To get EOL, you may apply to your concerned S.I (Primary).

I have got chance in bed in ncte aproved college as fresher.Now is it possible to get study leave without pay at present time.If it possible ,how can i get the leave ?where shall i apply for leave?If leave granted ,will my degree be valid as class has been started for about 1 month?

I am now doing d el ed odl mode (in service primary teacher).so if i join this bed regular course ,will both the degree (d el ed odl mode & bed regular mode) be valid or not? please answer me..

No, both course in the same time is not valid. Above all you are in Service. In such case you should take permission from your appointing authority.
