NOTICE
It has been decided that the 06 (six) newly created health districts namely Bishnupur, Basirhat, Diamond Harbour, Asansol, Jhargram & Rampurhat will come under purview of SMIS for procurement of drugs, equipment and other hospital equipment through SMIS software w.e.f 01.04.2014.
In reference to the above it has also been decided to hold a training programme on the Store Management Information System on 04.04.2014 at 11. A.M. in the 1st floor Conference Hall of Swasthya Bhawan. IT cell of this Deptt. will organized power point presentation for demonstrating the SMIS right from the procurement of drugs, chemicals, consumable, equipment receipt through GRN processing of payment and testing of drugs etc. by using the software.
CMOH, Dy. CMOH-I of the six newly health districts and Store Keeper of the concerned DRS are requested to attend the training programme on the specific date and time fixed.
All concerned are being informed.
