    A primary teacher have complete 2 yrs. D.El.Ed course . Are the teacher get 3% additional increment + grade pay benefit rs.300 (2300 +300)? As per order of 46-SE(B) dated: 27/02/2009(ROPA,09), para 11(b) , and ref. department memo no. 209 -SE(EE). dated: nil.
    It is not a non- functional promotion . Then, why the teacher do not get this type of benefit?

    Are primary teacher get 3percentum additional increment asper ropa,09 para 11(a) vide memo no. 46-SE(B) dated:27-02-2009?
