I have transferred at vo sahc barasat on 241114.Vo sahc has a ear marked quarter which is not in habitable condition.besides I have a permanent residence within 2 km from my office.my service is not emergency service.my DDO does not given me HRA though l have not reside in my ear marked quarter.
