WBSR can never be applied for WB PRIMARY TEACHERS… as there is separate rules of 1973 and amendments up to 2017 . And also primary teachers conduct rule 2001 … I can attach an order from EDUCATION COMMISSIONER to DPSC BURDWAN for an example .. I think it will help all of you and clear your mind about this…

Birbhum DPSC is still doing such practices but it’s ILLEGAL ABSOLUTELY..
