Operational Guidelines – Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU)

SNCU: The duty should be spread over 6 days a week @ 8 hrs a day. There will be only one day off. Neonatal ward: MO, SNCU visit every morning and evening at least once and in case of emergency.
Submission of Mid-day-Meal Status Report alongwith Salary Requisition

HM/TIC of all Schools/Madrasahs are instructed to submit Mid-day-Meal Status Report (ANNEXURE-A) with their salary Requisition (Hard copy) at the Grant-in-aid Section. Without Mid-day-Meal Status Report Salary Requisition will not be accepted.
Sanction and Release of RIDF Fund by the Administrative Dte

The Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary of the administrative department can approve release of RIDF fund after processing of the same by the departmental Financial Advisor (FA).
Managing Committee of Schools converted into Govt. Sponsored

The Managing Committee existed for the aided school on 30.09.2013 will continue and act for the sponsored school till the new committee is formed under the rule of Sponsored Schools.
Integrated Financial Management System – Telephone

IFMS is an IT-enabled system to integrate and record all the Government financial transactions, online-monitoring, generation of MIS reports etc., including treasury computerisation and integration of treasury function with DDO, Banks and AGWB.
Dearness Relief to State Govt. Pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2014

Governor is pleased to decide that the State Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners shall draw Dearness Relief @ 58% of basic pension/ basic family pension with effect from January 01, 2014.
DA to Other than State Govt. Employees wef January, 2014

Grant of Dearness Allowance to the Teachers and Non-Teaching Employees of Non-Government Educational Institutions/ Employees of Statutory Bodies/ Government Undertakings/ Panchayats including Panchayat Karmee and Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities, Local Bodies etc. with effect from January 01, 2014.
Grant of DA to Employees (Pre-Revised Scale) in Education, 2014

Grant of Dearness Allowance to the Teaching and Non-teaching employees of Non-Government Aided/ Sponsored Educational Institutions who are in the prerevised scale of pay with effect from 1st January, 2014.
Abolition of Posts (Not Sanctioned) in Government aided Colleges

All such post/ engagement and in particular the post of Vice Principal in any college as mentioned be abolished forthwith excepting in recognized minority colleges.
