CIRCULAR
This is to inform all concerned that the State Government in the School Education Department has taken a policy decision to allow H.S. contractual teachers (part-time teachers for the Higher Secondary Section of Higher Secondary Schools) to undertake B. Ed./ Equivalent Training in ODL mode or as on-line course.
Higher Education Department is requested to issue necessary instruction to all concerned, including the institutions imparting B. Ed./ Equivalent Training course, as may be needed so that the above contractual teachers may undertake the course in ODL mode or as on-line course.
All others concerned are also requested to take necessary action for proper implementation of the policy decision without affecting normal activities/ functioning of the schools concerned.
The Order will take immediate effect.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority in this Deptt.
