Sir/ Madam,
Complaints have been received from several sources that some schools are prescribing books other than the books prescribed by the Boards and supplied free of cost by the Government. You are requested to immediately obtain copy of book list from all schools. If it is found that any text book other than the prescribed text book of the Government is there in the book list, the school may be asked to immediately cancel that and disciplinary action should be initiated against Headmaster under intimation to Commissioner of School Education and the undersigned.
