NOTIFICATION

Attention: All Head of the Institutions and examinees of H.S. Examinations, 2026

As per the “Guidelines to Conduct Higher Secondary Examinations, 2026 (Semester-IV, Semester-III Supplementary Examination & H.S. Examination under Old System)” already uploaded on the website of the Council on 12.12.2025, the undersigned is to remind all stakeholders regarding the following points related to H.S. Examinations, 2026.

  • The examinees are prohibited from bringing any kind of printed or written textual material, piece of paper, any other pouches, calculator [please see the next point also in this regard], pen drives, writing pad, log table, electronic pen/ scanner, mobile phones, blue tooth ear phones, microphones, pager, smart watch, camera, goggles, meta glasses, bag/ handbags, health band, any other electronic device/ gadget, etc. into the examination venue/ hall. Examinees can carry analogue watch (not smart watch) in the examination hall for their use.
  • Only the examinees of H.S. Examination, 2026 under Old System may bring and use the calculator (enabling normal calculations with trigonometric, exponential & logarithmic functions) in the examination hall.
  • If any of the examinees is found with carrying any Mobile Phone or electronic gadget in the examination hall / venue premises during examination or indulges with any physical assault of examination personnel; his / her examinations and / or enrolment will be cancelled. The candidate will not be permitted to appear even in the remaining examination(s) if any, and his/her admit card will be confiscated.
  • The examinees are also instructed to abstain from any kind of destructive activities in the venue. Any examinee if reported with such activities, his/ her examinations and/ or enrolment may also be cancelled. The concerned institution, whose students/ examinees will involve in such cases, might have to pay the penalty for damaging properties of the venues.
  • The participating Institutes must caution their examinees about the above points meticulously. In spite of that, if any of the examinee is found with such activities, he/ she will be called upon to the Council for attending before the “Malpractice and Misconduct Enquiry Committee (MMEC)”.
