This is to inform him that the followings instructions may be followed during sending information in connection to the constitution of Managing Committee of Sponsored schools:
1. In some cases where the nomination has been changed by cancellation/partial modification of previous order, it is to verify whether the Managing Committee has already been constituted in that school or not. If it is not constituted, order may be forwarded. If the committee has been constituted, instead of forwarding the order to the school, intimation is to be sent to the Department about the constitution of the Committee.
2. In Order No. 303(22)-SE/S/10M-24/15 dt 20.04.2015 it was stated that the President or PIEs where they have declined to accept the nomination, their nominations will be cancelled. It is clarified that as the Government and the Director has nominated the persons. Hence, individual instruction will be sent to the school and the individuals for cancellation of nomination.
3. In the same order it was stated that no ‘in service‘ teacher will be nominated as PIE or President in any school. Until the cancellation order of nominations is being sent from this end the nominated members will continue his position. DIS will send the names of such in service teachers where they have been nominated as PIE or President so that the process of cancellation of nomination may be taken up.
4. It was instructed to the Commissioner of School Education so that no non-graduate person may be nominated as President or PIE but it is reported and some court cases also instituted where such violation has beer, occurred. DISs are requested to send the cases where they have been nominated as PIE or President so that the process of cancellation of nomination may be taken up.
