MEMORANDUM
Subject: Delegation of power the Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary for releasing States matching share as up to the current financial year budget provision.
The undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that in the interest of public service and for expeditious implementation of the Centrally Sponsored/ Central Sector/ Centrally Assisted State Plan schemes, the Governor has been pleased to extend the validity of this Memo No. 2425-FB dated 27.12.2011 for a further period up to 31.03.2013.
