Bonus/ Ex-gratia to Employees of Public UT, 2012-13
Employees of Public Undertakings may be allowed to draw an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,600/- per head provided their revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 22,000/- per month.

e-Bantan (Online Budgetary Allotment) – Training
To organize training programme on IFMS in each district and sub-divisions for the training of all DDOs and SAOs. The Nodal Officers-cum-Master Trainers will impart the training of all DDOs and SAOs at the district and sub-division level.

Release of bill pertaining to arrear to retired Govt. employees.
Bills pertaining to arrear Pay & Allowances under ROPA, 2009 in respect of eligible retired Government employees may be released in fully by the Kolkata Pay & Accounts offices/ Treasuries in anticipation of allotment of fund in case there is any shortfall of allotment.

Online re-appropriation system through e-bantan has been introduced w.e.f. 01.08.2015. In continuation, the re-appropriations, admissible from detailed head to detailed head are shown.

An ex-gratia grant of Rs. 3,500/- per head may be granted to the employees of Public Undertakings whose monthly emoluments is below Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Revised Tiffin Allowance to Mechanical Staff (Automobiles)
The regular and whole time Mechanical Staff employed in the Pool Car Establishment in the Districts including Kolkata under the Transport Department and other Departments will get Tiffin Allowance @ Rs. 30/- per hour subject to a maximum of Rs. 180/- per working day.
