Constitution of Departmental Approval Committee
Each Department shall constitute a Departmental Approval Committee (DAC) comprising Additional Chief Secretary /Principal Secretary /Secretary as Chairman.

Dearness Relief to State Govt. Pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2014
Governor is pleased to decide that the State Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners shall draw Dearness Relief @ 58% of basic pension/ basic family pension with effect from January 01, 2014.

Monthly Rate of Cleaning and Servicing of Telephone
Rate of cleaning and servicing of office telephone is enhanced from Rs. 7/- per month to Rs. 11/- per month. (No. 7223-F, dated 21.09.2006).

Governor is pleased to reconstitute West Bengal Health Scheme Authority consequent upon joining two numbers of Medical Officers on re-employment to the Medical Cell of Finance Department.

Ex-gratia Payment to West Bengal Govt. Pensioners, 2019
Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners whose basic pension plus Dearness relief on pension as on 31st March, 2019 did not exceed Rs. 26,000/- only and are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,100/- only in lump per head.

Mandatory Pay Bill Submission through HRMS from Feb, 2016
Pay Bills of all Government employees for the month of February, 2016 onwards shall be submitted by the DDOs to PAO/ Treasury through Pay Roll Processing Sub-module of HRMS-IFMS.
