Disbursement of Salary on Last but One Working Day of Month

Salary of the State Govt. Employees and Salary out of Grants-in-aid shall be disbursed on last but one working day of the month. Wages of any other kind and Pension shall be disbursed on 1st working day of the following month.

Celebration of Vishwakarma Puja, 2015 – Holiday on 2nd Half

Offices of West Bengal will be closed at 2 p.m on Friday, the 18th day of September, 2015 on account of celebration of Viswakarma Puja.

Exemption of Earnest Money for Labour Co-operative Societies

Labour Co-operative Societies are exempted from payment of Earnest Money against all tenders of the Government. These Societies, if selected through tender, will have to furnish requisite Security Deposit.

Absence is not DIES NON in case of already sanctioned Leave

Absence will not be treated as dies non and no salary will be deducted in case of leave like Child Care Leave, Maternity Leave, Earned Leave, etc. sanctioned before the date of issuance of order No. 6535-F dated 01.09.2015.

Inclusion of some more TR Forms under e-Billing module of IFMS

It is expected that the DDO’s will prefer preparation of the bills in electronic format for the claims to be submitted in the TR forms and acquaint themselves with the e-Billing.

Digitization of T.R. Form Nos. 7A, 12A, 24, 50, 68B

E-billing committee constituted by the state Government to examine and review the existing TR forms to make them amenable to digitization in order to facilitate their incorporation in e-pradan and e-billing modules of IFMS.
