The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.
It has been decided by the competent authority to create a cell of the officers from the e-Governance Group, Finance Department for better management and monitoring of the stated portal.
After successful implementation of the Pay Roll, Stakeholders, Leave, Loan and T.A./D.A. sub-modules of HRMS, Govt. has decided to further introduce 7 new sub-modules viz. Sanctioned Strength, Transfer, Pay-fixation, Non-functional Promotion, Training, Confirmation and Exit Management (Pension).
Performance security: 5 percent after lapse of the test performance period/ Defect Liability Period to be fixed by the competent authority of the Department concerned.
In all cases the RIDF projects identified for sanction of NABARD are sent to Finance Department for technical examination by its RIDF wing. Considerable time is spent in this process leading to delay in the submission and sanction of projects by NABARD.
During the period from 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2018, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to GPF shall carry interest @ of 7.6% per annum.

For the flats/ houses which are constructed or to be constructed on a subsequent date i.e. after 31.03.2013 through a Co-operative Housing Society, the benefit under this order may be available, if the registration is done within 24 months from the date of completion of the construction work.
