All the Principals/ Teacher-in-Charges/ DDOs of the Govt/ Govt. aided/ Sponsored Colleges of West Bengal are requested to implement e-Pradan of IFMS (e-Payment) w.e.f. 01.04.2015.
Principals/ Teacher-ln-Charge of Govt. Aided Colleges of the state are requested to submit the filled in Proforma regarding Performance-cum-Need Based Incentive Scheme for the Financial Year 2014-2015.
State-aided Higher Education Institutions where elections are due, the authorities of such institutions may arrange to conduct the election process during the period 15th November, 2014 to 31st January, 2015.
Government of India has constituted the 2nd Sanskrit Commission to devise its Sanskrit Policy has informed that the Commission is in need of information with regard to status of Sanskrit Education in the State of West Bengal.
Introduction of online Admission process from academic Session 2015-2016 and implementation of COSA from the current financial year in all the Government-aided General Degree Colleges of this State and Sanction of grant amounting to Rs. 1.5 lakhs to each of such Colleges for the said purpose.
The employees of all the State-aided Universities and employees of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education may apply for Interest Free Festival Advance (IFFA) upto a maximum of Rs. 3,000/- only per head.
Revised schedule of e-Counseling for admission in different Engineering & Technology Colleges through West Bengal Joint Entrance Board. Remote admission at Reporting Centres after 1st round of seat allotment: 18th to 23rd July, 2014.
5% under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW), 10% Half free-ship under WBFS and 10% Full free-ship linked to Management Quota (MQ) under West Bengal Free-ship Scheme.
All the participating Institutions are directed to submit the ‘SEAT MATRIX’ as per the specified FORMAT within the 06th. June, 2014 so as to enable the Directorate to prepare the necessary ‘Seat Matrix-2014’ for onward communication to the Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
