E-Pradan of IFMS mandatory from 01.04.2015 in Education Dte
All the Principals/ Teacher-in-Charges/ DDOs of the Govt/ Govt. aided/ Sponsored Colleges of West Bengal are requested to implement e-Pradan of IFMS (e-Payment) w.e.f. 01.04.2015.

Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the Govt. approved Part time Teachers and Contractual Whole Time Teachers of the Govt. General Degree Colleges, Govt.-aided Colleges for the year 2014-15.
All the employees of his college whose absence on 20th and 21st February, 2013 have not been substantiated under any ground set forth in the Oder No. 2013-F (P) dated 06.03.2012. Action in this regard is to be completed by 31st March, 2013.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the Part-time Teachers (PTTs) and Contractual Whole Time Teachers (CWTTs) of the Government Engineering & Technical Colleges for the year 2013-14.
Half average remuneration leave up to 20 days of CWTTs and PTTs which tantamount to 10 days medical leave with full remuneration shall henceforth be allowed to be carried forward.
All the participating Institutions are directed to submit the ‘SEAT MATRIX’ as per the specified FORMAT within the 06th. June, 2014 so as to enable the Directorate to prepare the necessary ‘Seat Matrix-2014’ for onward communication to the Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
