New Housing Scheme “Snehalaya” to provide Pucca Dwelling
The objectives of this Scheme, Snehalaya is to provide pucca dwelling housing unit to people not owning pucca house in his or her name or in the name of any family member in West Bengal.

State Government Employees have to renew the license issued from 01.01.2000 to 31.12.2011 by 31.07.2012 for allotment of flats in different Rental Housing States (RHEs).
To provide financial assistance to poor tea Garden workers for the construction of a pucca house (minimum of 25 Sqm. area) with basic amenities. Financial assistance of Rs. 1.20 lakh per beneficiary will be provided to the eligible beneficiaries from the State fund.
