Monitoring and co-ordination of the activities of various power utilities in the state to ensure cohesive growth and resolving the conflicts/ disputes among them, if any.
These rules may be called the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure for Holding Inquiry by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 2013.
Assistant Engineer or equivalent shall send to the Electrical Inspector, concerned District Magistrate and concerned Local Police Station a report within 24 hours of the knowledge of the occurrence of the accident through electronic communication system.
