The Primary TET Examination 2014 scheduled to be held on 30th March, 2014, stands postponed due to election. The next date will be notified after the election.

Serviceing of appointment letters to the staff who will perform poll duty on 12th May, 2014 and to open office even on holidays with certain number of staff so that such type of appointment letter may be serve to office as an when required.

Cook-cum-helpers are engaged to cook meals in eligible primary and upper primary schools and serve the hot cooked meals to the students at noon. They are engaged on the basis of number of students enrolled in schools.

The School ground should not be utilised for election meeting /activities without permission of concerned Sub-divisional officer. The School MC will forward the NOC to SDO in this regard.

All the offices of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will be closed on 17th March, 2014, day after Doljatra as a holiday. However, the officers and staff members engaged with Urgent /Confidential nature of duty will continue their duties as usual for the interest of the Board.

If it is found that any text book other than the prescribed text book of the Government is there in the book list, the school may be asked to immediately cancel that and disciplinary action should be initiated against Headmaster.

This Code shall apply to (a) all Anglo-Indian Schools, (b) all listed schools and (c) all under graduate training colleges and such other institutions imparting either academic or vocational education through the medium of English as the State Government.

The applicants shall have to pay Rs. 100/- only (Rs. 25/- for SC/ST) to all the Bank Branches of United Bank of India by cash only. The candidates must keep the counter foil of the bank challan with the Transaction Id no. for obtaining admit cards.
