  • Handing Over affairs by the Administrator of VEC and WEC

    Handing over affairs of the Village Education Committee (VEC) by the administrator appointed vide Memo Nos. 770-SE(EE)/10M-177/2013 dated 16/08/2013 and 707-SE(EE)/10M-177/2013, dated 18/07/2013 for Ward Education Committee (WEC) and VEC respectively.

  • NSOU conduct Upper Primary Teacher Training Programme

    Head of the schools will extend necessary support to NSOU to conduct the teaching practical programme of student-Teachers at their respective schools. All such teaching practical programme may be completed before Puja holidays.

  • Compliance of Section 4 of RTI Act, 2005

    To ensure Access, Enrolment, Quality Education and Retention of learner up to Elementary Level. To minimize the Dropout Rate of the learner and to facilitate enrolment to all the children of age group 6+ to 14+ in School.

  • Suspension of Classes Due to Heat Wave and Cyclonic Storm

    Due to predicted severe cyclonic storm Foni likely to hit coastal areas of West Bengal and extreme hot weather conditions prevailing in the State, classes will remain suspended in all Govt., Govt. Sponsored and Non-Govt. aided schools from 3rd May, 2019 to 30th June, 2019.

  • National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination, 2014

    Online applications are invited from 07-08-2014 to 08-09-2014 from the meritorious students of class-VIII having 55% (50% in case of SC/ST) marks in the previous annual examination and whose parental income is not more than Rs. 1.5 lac.
