The distribution of Mid Day Meal would continue in all the schools maintaining all COVID-19 norms and protocols as is done during COVID-19 pandemic.
As per norms of National Scheme of Incentive to Girls for Secondary Education, beneficiary girls will have to pass class-X examination and attain 18 years of age to get the incentive money.
List of Services to be provided under the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013 for which applications/ appeals are received offline by the School Education Department.
Schools will be opened on 16th and 17th May, 2016. On these two days, school syllabus may be explained to the students. Schedule of the summative and formative evaluation may be also be informed.
Each year 3000 such students will be selected by the national Testing Agency through a National level entrance test.
If it is found that any text book other than the prescribed text book of the Government is there in the book list, the school may be asked to immediately cancel that and disciplinary action should be initiated against Headmaster.

All schools must follow that the Third Summative Evaluation upto Class IX is to be completed within 1st week of December, 2018 (not to be held before 3rd week of November, 2018).
State Planning Team of RMSA has proposed to take up a pilot project of enhancement of learning standard of SC/ST students at the end of class IX, so that these students can do well in M.P. Examination in the forth coming year.
