An Act to provide for the constitution, re-constitution, administration and regulation of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
You are requested to pass necessary instructions so that schools will re-open after Puja holidays on 27th October, 2014. The matter has been discussed with Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge.
All the heads of the institutions are requested to assign the duty to look after the Kanyashree Prakalpa to the Assistant Headmaster or any other efficient teacher preferably a senior one, if they cannot spare time and give proper attention.
All school authorities are requested to make available their school buildings to the district administration during natural calamities/ disasters like flood/ cyclone etc. for evacuation/ relief of the affected people.
Due to extreme hot conditions prevailing in the State it has been decided that classes will remain suspended in all Government, Government Sponsored and Non-Government aided schools (Primary to Higher Secondary) from 16.06.2014 to 25.06.2014.
To observe National Safe Drinking Water and Sanitation Week from 20th to 25th February 2014 throughout the State of West Bengal as communicated by Public Health Engineering Department.
All DIETs/ PTTIs are requested to start the class of 2nd year D.El.Ed Course immediately on completion of the theoretical examination of part – I conducted by the WBBSE.
Additional Post(s) for different types of Non-Govt. Madrasahs will be distributed according to Teacher Pupil Ratio 1:40 as per total enrolment (I-XII) in the Normal section and HS section. The eligible madrasahs will submit the necessary requisition within 30.08.2013.
Inspection regarding all schools to check the functioning of CMDMP with special emphasis on Hygienic and safety in the MDM Programme.
If any name of teacher is not included in the list under the mentioned category school authority will have to submit details on or before 14.7.13 to this office.
