West Bengal Staff Selection Commission functions under the administrative control of the Govt. of West Bengal in the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms.
An Act to repeal the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act, 2011. Remaining process of selection shall be executed by the Public Service Commission.
Governor is pleased to appoint the first day of March, 2012 as the date on which the provisions of the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act, 2011 shall come into force.
