Sub: Deployment of Assistant Engineers and Sub-Assistant Engineers on contractual basis for different offices/ establishments under P.W.D.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to your proposal bearing no. W.T.L./CEO/PWD/MP/AE&SAE/001/14-15 dated 18.11.2014 on the subject noted above and to say that the Governor has been pleased to accord necessary permission to Webel Technolgoy Limited, Plot. 5, Block-BP, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700 091 to deploy suitable candidates of your organisation as per eligibility mentioned below for rendering their services in different offices/establishment under PWD from the date of their deployment and until further orders.

2. The suitable candidates to be deployed for rendering service under PWD as Assistant Engineer and Sub-Assistant Engineers by your organisation will be paid remuneration as per rate quoted by you along with service tax @ 12.36% on bill amount as contained in your proposal mentioned above.
3. The list of suitable candidates along with their details as per requirement mentioned above to be deployed by your organisation for rendering service as Assistant Engineers & Sub-Assistant Engineers under PWD must be handed over to the Joint Secretary (Personnel), Public Works Department within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.
4. I am further directed to say that the procedure for drawal of remuneration of the personnel to be deployed by Webel Technology Limited for rendering their services as Assistant Engineers & Sub-Assistant Engineers under PWD will follow shortly.
