Sub:- Clarification regarding procedure for drawal of funds under the Scheme “Somobyathi”

The Scheme “Somobyathi” was introduced by the State Government vide this Department Order No. 1151-FB dated 24/11/2016. The procedure for drawal of funds under the Scheme “Somobyathi” was elaborated in Para 7 of the aforesaid order. However, some difficulties are observed in the process of drawing of funds for the aforesaid Scheme.

After careful consideration of the matter, the following clarification is given regarding process of drawing of funds under the aforesaid Scheme:

1. Bills should be drawn in the TR Form No. 31.
2. Funds should be transferred to LF Deposit Account of concerned Panchayat Samity/ Municipality/ Corporation, as the case may be.
3. Order cheque may be issued for drawal of funds from LF Deposit Account as and when required by concerned Panchayat Samity/ Municipality/ Corporation.

It may be stated in this regard, that under no circumstances fund should be drawn in TR Form No. 27.
