NOTIFICATION
The written answer-scripts of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2024 are to be shortly handed over to you, therefore, it is imperative for the Board to draw your attention for maintenance of highest standards of security and confidentiality in handling the allotted packets of written answer-scripts. Since the role of examiners is crucial in upholding the integrity of the examination process, and the Board would like to emphasize the following measures to ensure the safe handling and evaluation of the answer-scripts:
- Safe Handling during Transit: Please ensure the safe custody and care while in transit and journey with the packets of answer scripts from the respective Distribution Camp Office. Any dereliction in safety and care may result in most undesirable consequences, jeopardizing the candidates as well as for the examiner concerned, not to mention the distress and disrepute in public.
- Secure Storage: Securely store the allotted written answer-script packets with possible access of your own self (examiner), and from any possible damages caused by factors, such as moisture, heat, pets or pests.
- Confidentiality: Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality while evaluating the answer-scripts. Discussing the contents of the answer-scripts and the subject instruction with anyone outside of the team of authorized persons (of which you are a part) in the evaluation process is prohibited. No compromise with the integrity of the evaluation process will be tolerated.
- Non-Evaluation of Answer scripts in public space or place of work: Evaluation process of allotted answer-scripts is not to be undertaken in any public space or work place, even if they are secure and secluded. This restriction is essential because otherwise it would necessitate repeated transit and journey with such packets, cause distraction and lapse in attention while evaluation, and increase probability of public exposure.
- Time-Bound Submission of Evaluated Answer Scripts along with Marks: Careful evaluation of answer-scripts and timely publication of results of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2024 is a collective responsibility, in the interest of all the examinees who have successfully appeared in the same.
However, the above suggested measures are indicative and not exhaustive, solely notified to alert all concerned to exercise utmost care and discipline in conduct of the evaluation process of answer-scripts of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2024, therefore, cooperation and diligence is earnestly called from all involved in this process.
