Sub: Panel of Valuation Agencies
The validity of the panel of Valuation Agencies notified vide no. 3545-F(Y) dated 17.12.2020 is going to expire on 16.12.2023.
Now, the Governor is pleased to extend the validity of the same panel of Valuation Agencies for a period of 6 (six) months w.e.f. 17.12.2023.
2. The services from empanelled Valuation Agencies may be availed as per the terms and conditions laid down in order no 3545-F(Y) dated 17.12.2020.
3. The Valuation Agencies are required to adhere to the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017 and its amendments from time to time. The empanelled Valuers who have complied with the provisions of the said rule would be allowed under the purview of this extension.
