NOTIFICATION
This is in continuation to the Notification D.S.(C)/064/24 dated 16.02.2024, to reiterate and reaffirm the issue of handling securely with care the answer scripts of Madhyamik Pariksha by the Examiners/ Scrutineers/ Head Examiners. The written answer-scripts of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026 are being distributed. As these documents represent the culmination of years of hard work by the candidates, it is imperative for the Board to reiterate the necessity for the highest standards of security, confidentiality, and professional discipline throughout the evaluation process.
To uphold the integrity of the examination system, the Board emphasizes the following mandatory measures:
- Secure Storage Environments: All allotted packets must be stored in a secure, locked location accessible only to the examiner. Scripts must be protected from environmental hazards including moisture, heat, and any potential damage from pests or household pets.
- Strict Confidentiality: The evaluation process is a privileged task. Sharing, photographing, or discussing the contents of answer-scripts or specific marking instructions with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. The integrity of the result depends entirely on your discretion.
- Prohibition of Evaluation in Public or Workplaces: The evaluation of answer-scripts must not be conducted in public spaces, staff rooms, or any workplace environments. This measure is designed to prevent unnecessary transit risks, eliminate public exposure of candidate data, and ensure the examiner’s undivided attention.
- Adherence to Submission Timelines: The timely publication of results is a collective commitment to the student community. Examiners must ensure that evaluated scripts and marks are submitted within the stipulated deadlines provided by the Board.
These measures are indicative of the Board’s expectations and are not exhaustive. The Board trusts in the professionalism and diligence of all examiners to ensure a flawless and transparent evaluation cycle for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026.
